3.5I enjoyed Penelope. The writing kinda reminded me of fairytale type. Which is not a bad thing but it took awhile to get used too. I really hated the duke in the beginning 2/3. He was a complete jerk. He did some okay groveling but a little more wouldn't have hurt. Lol over all it was a good book and I'm very thankful to the author for sending me a copy.
